Fees reflect process count, entity complexity, and how ready your documentation is — not a one-size subscription.

Engagement fees are agreed in writing after a scoping call. The figures below are orientation ranges in Hong Kong dollars so you can budget; your letter will state the exact fee and payment schedule.

What moves a quote up or down

  • Number of legal entities and shared-service hand-offs
  • Manual versus system-enforced controls
  • Availability of prior-year findings and clean populations for sampling
  • Need for bilingual workpapers or evening fieldwork around cut-off
  • Travel outside Central / Kowloon during the testing window

Deposits and billing

Most reviews require an engagement deposit before fieldwork begins, with the balance on delivery of the final findings register. Day-rate support for short sprints may bill weekly. Details sit in the engagement letter — see also our refund terms.
