Conditions that govern use of this website and engagement of Aiauto Cloud’s professional services.

2. About us

3. Website use

Content on this site is for general information. It does not constitute an audit opinion, legal advice, or a binding offer until an engagement letter is signed by both parties. You may not scrape, mirror, or misuse the site in a way that impairs its availability.

4. Engagements

Professional work is governed by a separate engagement letter stating scope, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that engagement.

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Aiauto Cloud or its licensors. Engagement workpapers and findings registers remain subject to the ownership and licence terms in the engagement letter. You may not reproduce site materials for commercial use without written consent.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For professional services, liability caps and exclusions are set in the engagement letter. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep site information current but do not warrant completeness. Fee ranges and timelines are illustrative until confirmed in writing.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any dispute clause in an engagement letter.
